Do not use the UK version of the all in one saddle strap for western saddles. It makes the lanyard too long. Buy in the US, buy local. I service alot of people from smart pak because i believe in safety. Sometime you do want to consult an expert.

If you use ANY kind of link attaching your vest, it must have a SWL, Safe Working Limit of MORE than what you weigh. These are stamped, swl 150 lbs, if you weight 140 or less, these could work and are super cheap. BUT, remember you must be attatched to your saddles structure, english stirrup bar, western horn or gullet, etc. Be safe and have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
