10/15/2020 LOOKING for a REPUTABLE RESCUE for this pure breed male Doberman. This is the message I got from one of my peeps NEEDING HELP ASAP Dear Shelly, This is Jake Pure breed Doberman Pinscher 5 years old male neutered... Current on shots His owner (my brother) passed away in January and we need to find him a new home. He has been an inside/outside dog with doggie door access to run on Jake’s Acre, as we call it, in Valley Center CA. He has not been around young children or other dogs. From outside the fence he is a guard dog with an intimidating bark but from inside the fence he is a terrific companion with a gentle personality. SAFE!!!!!! THANK YOU ALLISON! This little man ran himself right into a corner and a quiet group of Townhomes where a homeowner with dog experience let him ...Hunker and hide in a corner. Alison got there to keep things secure until I could arrive and he is now safe. We will do our best to navigate this little guy into the care of A Way Home for Animals so he can get rehabilitated and properly placed. This poor guy's new adopter bailed on the safety rules less than an hour after pick up, taking him out of the crate in public and then bailed on him! Moved on and left him running scared. After playing hide and seek in La Mesa she has run 8 miles East down I8 to Lakeside. Great news since La Mesa has been tearing down our signs as fast as we put them up. UPDATE: Chipped and reunited! ****** FOUND DOG IN HB! My son caught and now I have possession waiting for AC. Dog has been spotted near Atlanta and Magnolia and currently near Bushard and Indianapolis. Please share for owner. Contact is 714-330-7147

It was on Fox news earlier that 70 dogs have died as a result of eating chicken jerky treats made from chicken that has come from China. Kingdom Pets brand from Costco is one of them. Also certain Blue Buffalo brand pet foods have a recall for the same thing. Please re post and make sure all your doggie friends are aware of this.
