Elk Grove Shorin-Ryu Karate

A reminder that, as of today (Oct. 3rd), karate classes begin at 6:30pm. The first class ends at 7:30pm. Thank you and hope to see you there!

The payment option on our website is fixed! Rather than selecting a payment option from a menu, you can now enter it directly.

-Class at the Park!- Wednesday, Sept. 28th, we will be meeting at Elk Grove Park at 6PM. Parking will be between the dog park and bike trails. There will be no need to wear the traditional uniform. Bring something active to wear. See you there!

Great self defense tips. We suggest yelling "fire" instead of "attacker." People will run towards a fire to offer aid. If there's an attacker, people will be more likely to avoid going near the danger.
