These 4 components are crucial to a healthy happy #relationship: Lust - distinguishing characteristic of a romantic relationship. Open-mind. According to #gottman healthy relationships give each partner a benefit of the doubt. ... Vulnerable - I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to keep your walls down. Empathy- critical component in a productive argument.

This is the season of gift giving...looking at feedback as gifts helps to accept them and channel #vulnerability
