Tonight we gather virtually for South Lake Tahoe's monthly Ecstatic Dance! We will be tuning in via zoom and will have a short opening meditation/circle to drop into ourselves and tune into each other. While we are still being asked to continue refraining from gathering physically in community, we will be gathering virtually for this month's ecstatic dance. We will be having dance 6:30pm to 9pm this Saturday the 18th via zoom. Zoom link is in bio. Looking forward to gathering with you all, and how exciting that even those who don't live in Tahoe can join us!

Let's gather virtually for this month's ecstatic dance! With all that we are going through collectively, we can use dance to move the energies we might be holding in our bodies. This will be a fun opportunity to gather in community virtually, as well as an opportunity for people to join us that aren't usually able to because of where they live. I'm really excited to connect and dance with you all!

Beautiful dancers, as much as we wish to have dance this Saturday, we are cancelling for this month. Breathe deep, stay safe, and find time to move your body during this time of physical distancing. We are considering doing a virtual gathering so stay tuned for further information on that. ... We love you and hope to be gathering with you all next month!

March's dance falls on the Spring Equinox! Perfect time to celebrate, move our bodies, and open to the changing season as we move towards warmer days Ryn Muat will be leading a special pre-dance Spring Equinox ritual starting at 6pm Crispy Oyster will then lead us in a pre-dance warm up of "Singing our Bliss" And we will be welcoming back the beautiful RahQuel Star Achiaviatta, AKA DJ Quetzal Star, to lead us in our dance journey

Happy 2 year dance-iversary beauties! I'm excited to gather in this safe supportive space with you all tonight to move some energy with the medicine of dance! This month's dance is extra special! It is Ecstatic Dance South Lake Tahoe's 2 year anniversary! Come celebrate with us and boogie down! We are so grateful for everyone who shows up each month to support this offering and for the community and connections that we are growing! It is such a joy to see all the familiar faces that come each month and for all the new faces that join us! We're excited to grow and expand this offering in the coming year!

Next month is Ecstatic Dance South Lake Tahoe's 2 year anniversary! Super excited to celebrate with you all! February 15, 2018 we had our very first dance! We hope you will join us for this super special evening!
