I was listening to 89.3 KPCC this morning while driving to work, and I heard an interview with Mark Vargas, the Mayor for the City of Hawthorne. He was talking... about Elon Musk’s Hyperloop transportation tunnel system that is currently being bored under the City of Hawthorne. I remember seeing an artist’s rendition of this transportation tunnel back in 2013, and thinking at the time how it remined me of the containers you used to see at banks being sucked through tubes to the teller inside the bank. (I’m showing my age for sure, but yes people did wait in drive-thru lines at banks back before there was direct deposit). When I arrived at the office I took a look around and found the article and picture that I had seen in 2013, and the quote from Elon Musk in that article stated: How would you like something that never crashed, was immune to weather, that goes three or four times as fast as the bullet trains we have now or about twice the speed of an aircraft, that would get you from downtown L.A. to downtown San Francisco in under 30 minutes and it would cost you much less than any other type of transportation. Well, here we are in 2017 only four short years later and it appears that the concept is starting to become reality. I’m sure the completed project is still a few years out, but do you want to go for a ride? See more

Let me introduce you to our new Vixen The Vixen AquaBlast 1215 is the latest piece of equipment here at EBE. It gently scours away years of corrosion, oxidization, and yellowed clearcoat, leaving a smooth, lustrous finish that will look great for years to come. It is dust fee and a more sterile process and can be used to re-surface medical instruments, old car part, motorcycle parts, or old tools. Look at these great before & after shots of a valve cover. Visit our webpage to learn more about this process. https://electronbeamwelding.com/vaporblastingservices-1.html
