Take a health food tip from this baby expert and start eating chia seeds! You don't necessarily need to eat them by the mouthful but they are easy to incorporate into a daily diet. Chia seed pudding, chia seeds on salads, in smoothies or...(can you research a few more options and the health benefits - omega 3s, protein, fiber, etc).
