I’m still working in the desert, maybe another week, but we had a couple extra days off. I took advantage of some extra hours at home to take care of the giant wad of cords in my bag.

I’m working at my day job for about another month, then back to sewing for a while. Here are some photos from work.

I'm losing one of my favorite fabric stores, Bolts in the Bathtub in Lancaster. I don't want to lose this one, too. This is a very nice fabric store in Ventura. The people who work there have always been helpful and nice. If you are in SoCal and need some fabric, give them a visit after they reopen. You can make a day of it, Ventura is a nice little town.

Terrible photos, but I made a thing. iPod pocket, phone pocket, glasses pocket, little notebook and pencil pockets, giant inside zipper pocket, a triple slip pocket, and elastic to rein in those unruly cords.

I'm making face masks, but if you want to make your own, here's a tutorial.

I’ve been working (weird, because archaeologists are usually at the top of the nonessential list) so not sewing as much as I would like, but had a little rained out break in the action and came home to whip out a few masks. Shout out to my model Melina!
