Hey friends in Berkeley, California - did you know your local minimum wage rate has increased? Effective TODAY, all employees working for employers of any size must be paid at least $15.00/hour! This marks another step towards achieving California's goal of implementing a state-wide minimum wage of $15/hour. How do you feel about the march towards a $15/hour minimum wage? We have our thoughts, but we would love to hear from you too! #minimumwage #laborlaw #employmentlaw #wageandhour
