It's #FeatureFriday and this week we would like to feature Johnny Pachin, Del Norte's 2020 Tennis Player of the Year! Johnny has been a member at Del Norte since 2012.WhenI asked Johnny what he would like me to sayhe replied, "Tell 'em I almost died out here three times!". Johnny has a pacemaker and sometimes when the match gets a little physical he is greeted with an internal "jolt"!This leaves Johnny down on the court and his partner in a slight panic. With a boyish gr...in of enthusiasm, Johnny walks onto the court every day not worried about the end of the match. He is in the moment soaking up the joy of community and competition.His mind is not fixed on worry or fear.This is the goal of every competitor in the world and Johnny does it with grace every day right here at Del Norte!Congrats Johnny Pachin,2020 Del Norte Player of the Year!You're an amazing guy and we are all glad to know you!
