Clientele Shoutout Big ups to my client Tom for trusting my process to getting him into better health. He started off a little over 200lbs and over 30% body fat, he's now down to 185lbs and is at 23% body. Oh yes, and he's also 54 years old and is going to participate in his first ever Spartan race this coming September. Gotta love his work ethics. Good job Tom!!! #DNAFitness
