Capstone Fitness

This came up on our FB memories from a few years ago and it’s worth reposting. If there was some sort of magic pill to be healthy, feel good, look good, be strong etc., we would all take it. However, there is not. If you want it, you have to work for it. Just like everything in life. It’s always earned, never given! Every day is a new day to be better than the last. Let’s finish the week out strong. #youcan

We missed getting the online crew in with our wonderful singing this am BUT, happiest birthday to you James! We are so grateful for you, for all the shenanigans and fun times, and most importantly for everything you do for our Capstone Family. Celebrate big!

2020! What a wild ride it has been. To say we are grateful for you all is an understatement. This year has been crazy in so many ways but it has also been a blessing in so many as well. From seeing you all on the camera on vacation or even simply from your homes near or far is something we never would have dreamed of prior to this year. (Thank you @pocialdigital for making that happen). You all have stayed focused, prioritized your health, and SLAYED! Here’s a short clip of it all. Lets finish the year out strong and will see you tomorrow at 6am or 8:30am. Here’s to 2021! Let’s rock and roll!
