Today I had the privilege of hosting Dr Heather Thompson over at @birthandtraumasupportcenter where I host trauma informed classes for professionals. It was an amazing class filled with so many moments. (Check out the stories at BTSC for some of my favorites) but mostly what I loved was the heart of the teaching: a compassionate, empathetic and harm reducing practice that professionals can thoughtful apply right now. so well done! So thankful to be a part!
