Foreclosure shadow inventory will take more than 40 months to clear: Fitch The shadow inventory of delinquent loans, foreclosures, and REOs stands at 7 million homes, which would take the market more than 40 months to clear, more than three years, according to Fitch Ratings.

We'll start the week off with some insight to buying a Bank Owned home... this is a funny video but is very true to the Buyer & Buyers Agent of how difficult it is to purchase a bank owned home with all the competition that is out there. Just want to give an update to Buyers out there and let you know that FHA has raised the limits again to require a 640 FICO Score. If you have a copy of your credit report make sure it is within 3 months to be considered current and if you need one I will gladly give you a Free Credit Report, just email me or call me with your inquiry. Please read this discussion to read your credit score correctly and what Lenders are looking for to qualify for an FHA loan.

Bank of America starts thaw in foreclosure freeze! Bank of America said Monday that it plans to resume seizing more than 100,000 homes in 23 states next week. It said it has a legal right to foreclose despite accusations that documents used in the process were flawed.

Just found out a brand new loan program that is coming up for First Time Buyers and the best part about this program is buyers will only have to put a 1% Down Payment! I am still getting all the details but this is going to be the new wave of loans and making it much easier to get in a home. More info about this program is soon to come.

FHA is changing First Time Buyers. The insurance is going up on the loan so you will see a slight increase or your mortgage payment. Here is an update on Mortgage Rates: 30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage 4.37% 15 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage 3.82% 1 Year Adjustable Rate Mortgage 3.46% 5/1 Year Adjustable Rate Mortgage... 3.54% These are the lowest Interest Rates ever and saving you a little over $30,000 on a 30 year fixed rate mortgage compared with the previous 6 months rates at 5.5%
