Meet Josh Kelly, a senior at CSUF on track to earn his degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice in 2021. Josh has been a part of the Male Success Initiative since he stepped on campus as a freshman. CSUF's Male Success Initiative is one of the Graduation Initiative 2025 programs around the CSU that work to improve retention and graduation rates for men of color by establishing a network of mentors for every member, tutoring and advisement. This care and attention help to ensure men of color stay in college, earn a degree, and thrive in their academic pursuits. Read his story and learn more about his success.
