Welcome to week two of your basketball training drills! Participants should perform this drill as many times as they feel they need to. It is important to: Attack the basket when going up for the rebound. Come down with the ball.... Go back up with it and score. The participant will then side shuffle to the free throw line. Repeat the process and attack the basket for a rebound. Remember, the more repetitions performed, the more a person will improve on this skill set. #csubsrc #playforthememories"
