Humans of ISCN His actions stemmed from a realization over a year ago. Brother Hatim realized that he was fortunate enough to have three meals a day and a roof over his head, whereas some members of the community did not quite have the same luxury. As an experienced Chef, he felt that his ability to cook could benefit these members of the community. By this point, Brother Hatim made a promise to himself to prepare and administer meal boxes every weekend on his own time. Broth...er Hatim prepares a variety of food every week. In one instance, seen in the images, he serves a box of chicken and macaroni. Brother Hatim ensures that he is preparing and distributing only halal meat products. The ingredients used to make this box independently come out of Brother Hatim’s pocket. Brother Hatim has taken it upon himself to provide a helping hand to those in need. Every weekend, Brother Hatim independently shops for produce, prepares meals, and distributes these boxed meals to our fellow members of the community who are in need. He does this out of the goodness of his heart, and it brings a smile on people’s faces during these difficult times. The Coronavirus pandemic has left many of our dear neighbors without any food on the table. In this time of economic difficulty, it is of utmost importance to ensure the wellbeing of family, neighbors, and our community. This project is now co-sponsored by ISCN. Hatim: I am a professional Chef. I have a Riverside County Certification and all liability insurance documents.
