A quick & easy recipe to spice up your Halloween week: Bone-chilling Banana Split Ice Cream Cake INGREDIENTS: 1 Frozen Butter Pound Cake 1 Pint of Coolhaus Bananas Foster Ice Cream, softened... 1 Pint of Coolhaus Cookie Dough Life Ice Cream (or whichever flavor you choose!), softened 1 Ripe Banana, sliced 18 Maraschino Cherries (we recommend Luxardo brand) DIRECTIONS: Slice pound cake lengthwise into 3 slices Line the pound cake container with plastic wrap Put bottom layer of pound cake back into the container Cover with Bananas Foster ice cream Place sliced banana on top of the ice cream Put second layer of pound cake on top of the bananas and push down slightly Cover with Cookie Dough Life ice cream Place maraschino cherries on top of the ice cream Add top layer of pound cake and push down again Wrap and freeze for 30 minutes or until the ice cream cake is firm Slice, snap a pic and enjoy!
