She even finds time to cook and explore exciting new recipes as well as volunteering at the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Ronald McDonald House. Cylina was born and raised in the D.C. area and moved to San Diego in 2015 to be close to the beach. She began her real estate career educating people on how to use real estate to gain financial freedom. She quickly fell in love with seeing average buyers and sellers achieve their dreams and grow into full-time investors. Cylina resides in Chula Vista with her husband and puppy, Nugget. Aside from her love of real estate, Cylina enjoys running, coffee, and donuts.

Thankful Thursday! We are thankful for yet another amazing team and family member to join us. Sheri Minix, born in San Diego and currently resides in Descanso, moved to the bay area when she was twelve and graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in San Francisco, CA. She later returned to San Diego and worked for a catering company while going to San Diego City College to study automotive. Sheri rebuilt the engine in her car and landed a job as an air conditioning mechanic at Pearson Ford. She believes she was the first female mechanic ever hired there. She later found herself going back to school and got a degree in Music from San Diego Mesa College and play keyboards in a couple of bands, and currently learning how to play the electric bass.

Before heading into the weekend, please help us in welcoming Jessica Yang to the Coldwell Banker West team. Jessica has spent a total of 5 years in the customer service industry. She has now decided to eat, breathe, and sleep real estate. She's an active member of the NAR, CAR, and ILHM. Her focus is to assist amazing people in her role as a real estate agent, and does not want to only do the bare minimum, but to go above and beyond. Jessica is curious, motivated, hungry, and thrilled to help. Besides real estate, Jessica loves to travel, take landscape photographs, and write on her blog when feeling inspired. She moved to the Pacific Northwest and received her B.A. from the Evergreen State College in 1978. In 1981, Zsa Zsa graduated with her J.D. from the University of Puget Sound School of Law. She went on to practice criminal and immigration law in Seattle until 1995 when she became an Immigration Judge. Zsa Zsa moved to San Diego and worked as an Immigration Judge with the U.S. Department of Justice until her retirement in 2019. During the last year, Zsa Zsa obtained her license to practice real estate. She brings many of her abilities to real estate with the hope of providing real estate services to buyers and sellers that are honest and transparent.
