What are you going to do with your 45 days? We have 45 days until the end of the year. And in those 45 days, we have some diet-challenging holidays: lots of food, lots of drinks, lots of parties. ... A lot of people tend to let things slide during the holidays. Like it's a valid excuse. "Well, it was the holidays." Today is my Day 1 to get back into a healthy body and healthy mindset. The last 365 days have 100% derailed me. Today I make my stand. 45 days to create a stronger me in 2020. Am I choosing a challenging time? Yes! But if I continue to make excuses and poor choices-then I will be 45 days further away from my goals! So I ask again, what are you doing with your 45? (Reminder: If you haven't ordered since August 2019-or are a NEW CLIENT, and you place a full order between now and December 18th, you will be placed in a drawing for a $25 Amazon card) Reach out, walk the journey with me-

Brian was able to lose 110 lbs by eating 6 X’s a day & without stepping a foot in the gym. More than what he lost, Brian would tell you it’s about the health he’s gained. These life changing stories are exactly why IHealthCoaching... Here’s Brian’s story January-July. 110 pounds gone. An entire life gained. The guy on the left was miserable and constantly tired. He overate and was continually bloated. He couldn't bend over to tie his shoes and had to sit down after walking up a flight of stairs. He shopped online because he couldn't find the 3x and 4x shirts he needed in local stores. He used food for every single emotion (happiness, sadness, anger, fear, boredom, celebration, distress) and never thought about the nutrition of what went into his body. The guy on the right is happy and never bloated. He doesn't even think when bending over to tie his shoes and can run up multiple flights of stairs. He loves shopping at local stores and trying on medium and large sized shirts. He has zero addiction to food and knows everything that goes into his body. If you don't think your life will ever change, then you're exactly where I was last year. Trust me. It can change. You can have this amazing life too! Coach Stacie Certified Health Coach since 2015.

Q&A: I have had gastric bypass, can I go on the program? In some cases, surgery alone may not be enough for maintaining a healthy weight over the long term, and... you may benefit from a nutritional meal plan to control calories. Regardless of the procedure you've undergone, OPTAVIA can help you achieve and maintain your weight-loss goals. I had gastric bypass 15 years ago- so yes this program is great- helped me lose the regain (50 lbs) plus 20 more- and taught me how to live a healthy future- something I never learned with surgery- because they didn't operate on my brain- Are you looking at surgery? Had it but stilll need to lose or get rid of regain? Let's talk- #gastricbypass #regain #notalastresort #optavia #healthyforlife #coachstacie

Are you feeling like hamster on a wheel? I am not a diet coach, I am a health coach. We support clients on a transformational journey like this one, if you are want to write your own story, message me~ Layla's story: 50 pounds is a big deal. 50 pounds changed everything. I've never had success losing weight in the past because I was doing it the wrong way. The term "diet" is not in my vocabulary. When I look at this picture, I remember the pain, the lack of energy, the self hate, the girl with limitations. Now, I'm unstoppable. I'm free from the prison cell of my own body. I love myself again.

As we age, our bodies don’t work the same way that they used to. But don’t worry! You can hack into your system with supplements to keep everything running as it always has. Start with these five: -Vitamin C: This one helps with hormones. If you’re having trouble staying calm and find yourself getting frazzled or angry a lot, you might be deficient. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about taking a supplement. -Magnesium: This one is extra important if you’re a woman over 35 ...dealing with PMS. Magnesium helps alleviate muscle spasms, i.e. period cramps. -Vitamin D: You reach your peak bone mass around age 30, after that, calcium is super important. Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium. It also keeps your skin from getting dry and is a good supplement for anyone who is post-menopausal. -Omega-3: This stuff lowers stress hormones and reduces inflammation, which is the root of many diseases. Unless you eat fish every day, consider an omega-3 supplement. -Selenium: This one helps regulate the thyroid, which has a tendency to become more unpredictable and persnickety as you age. Conveniently, one of the best ways to get your selenium is by eating two Brazil nuts per day. That’s all! Looking to change your life? A new study shows that drinking a cup of beetroot juice each day significantly lowered blood pressure in people with hypertension. How? Beets are full of nitrates, and your body converts nitrates to nitric oxide, which relaxes arteries and improves blood flow. Looking to change your life? If you’re reaching for vegetable or peanut oil every time you’re making a stir-fry or some scrambled eggs, it might be making you sick. Vegetable oils contain omega-6 fatty acids, the not-so-healthy cousin of omega-3 (that’s the kind in olive oil, nuts, and salmon that has anti-inflammatory properties). In a recent study, the authors wrote that the ideal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 is 1 to 4.... But in the past few decades, we’ve been eating a lot more omega-6s, and this ratio has shifted to 15 to 1. This increase could explain the rise in chronic inflammatory conditions like obesity, Alzheimer's disease, cardiovascular disease, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. NOTE: other oils that could throw off your omega-3 balance are corn oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, grade seed oil, and condiments like mayonnaise and salad dressings. If you eat a lot of this stuff, cut back and make the switch to olive oil. Looking to change your life?
