Hi folks...the news we'd hoped we wouldn't have to announce. Today we received notice from our venue manager that because Placer County has been placed under new stay at home guidelines, this weekend’s Cross Off 2020 races must be cancelled. We know this is incredibly disappointing (for us too, we promise) and hope you know that we tried every angle possible to make this weekend happen. Due to the great relationships we have with our vendors, we have been able to hold off on ...placing deposits for services including security, EMS, portable toilets, awards, and more. The City of Rocklin is also refunding our event fees. Because of this, registered racers will have the option to receive a full refund. We know a lot of folks are wondering how the new Regional Stay Home Order will impact this weekend’s Cross Off 2020 races. Here’s where we’re at right now after confirming with our venue manager. The venue has made it clear that if the Sacramento Region is placed under a Stay at Home Order (which occurs when ICU bed availability drops below 15%) by the Governor of California, the City of Rocklin will cancel our permit. We're crowning our Wednesday Night Worlds Twilight Time Trials series champions this Wednesday, October 21st at Mraz Brewing Company in El Dorado Hills! Our series winners (1st place) can swing by anytime between 4:30-7pm to pick up their award and pose for a podium pic! So we bring to you the latest WNW feature: everyone riding blind for Race 6 The SVC docents have an alternative route planned for tonight, so get out there and explore some new trails!
