This is a great fight showcasing BJJ. Knowing BJJ doesn’t mean you’re Superman and can defeat any opponent. Knowing BJJ teaches you to defend the attack, weather the storm to minimize damage. If you can do this, then it’s much easier to defeat your opponent/attacker when they gas out. BJJ is a great way to get fit. Physically and emotionally exhaust your body/mind to it’s limits, to help you rebuild body/mind. BJJ is amazing in itself, even if you don’t believe in defending yourself against an attacker. However, if you don’t have a choice about defending yourself...Be like Little Nog!!

Home workouts are great. Let’s all keep working hard to be in shape for our return to BJJ!
