UPDATE: Both westbound lanes of State Route 58 west of Broome Road are open. ATTN DRIVERS: Caltrans has closed a single westbound lane of State Route 58 just we...st of Broome Road in Eastern Kern County due to an incident involving a big rig. Drivers should proceed with caution through the area as maintenance workers will be on the ground cleaning it up. See more
