We are asking for the community to step forward and help identify these criminals, who have placed no value on the lives of our residents. FOUND DOGGIE!!! This beautiful young male German Shepard was found on the 14700 block of Temple Friday evening (10/9/20) just after being struck by a pick-up truck. Our La Puente Animal Control Officers did a fantastic job of retrieving, transporting and monitoring this youngster during treatment at the East Valley Hospital in Diamond Bar. This lucky pup suffered only a hip dislocation and was quickly fixed-up by the fantastic staff of EVH. He now is recovering at VIDA Animal Shelter while we search for the owner... if you have any information as to the owner of this dog, please contact LA Puente Animal Control: 626.346.6875

Friday December 11, 2020, The City of La Puente will be hosting a Drive-thru food distribution. The event will be held between 9 am to 12 pm. Residents can start lining up as early as 8 am, but the lines will be strictly enforced.
