They NEVER push any services on you that you need. Two cleanings a year are pretty standard and covered under most insurance. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I have gone in for simple cleanings as well as full on surgery and the experience has always been 5 stars. The wait room and offices are both clean and the office is easy to access. The 5 star service does come at a premium but I know now you get what you pay for. Yes ALL offices have x rays but Dr Shawn has the 360 scanner that is much more detailed and more telling.
