1-20-17 update......we open our watsonville office monday. We are now using the "CHD Counseling Services" as our brand. Josh came up with a great logo and is finishing our new web page CHD Counseling Services. We have openings for two Bilingual interns, and two Monolingual (a word?) plus three trainees. We are approved by JFKU, Ciis and Sophia to take on trainees. The three offices are going well...Brian is looking for space in salinas for our forth office, at that time we'll rest. CHD is always looking for people who want to get involved from marketing and fundraising for our non-profit mission as well as future members of our board. HC

Here's another CHD update: our aptos office is full and we've now connected to open a downtown office at 340 soquel near ocean special thanks to Lilli and the HarmonyWithin Counseling Group. We are also looking for an office in Watsonville. Our connection with Community Bridges continues to grow. We're helping them with their counseling programs at the Family Resource Office in Live Oak, Mountain Community in Felton, and their office in Watsonville. One year since I updated. CHD now has two offices, one in santa cruz near west cliff drive and two in aptos. We are looking for office space in Watsonville. MediCal/Beacon is such a boost for interns!! We are always looking for interns. There is a huge market for bilingual/spanish. We have been accepted by CIIS as a field placement site and are currently in process with JFKU to be a site. We are working with Community Bridges serving in offices in Ben Lomond and Live Oak. We are reaching out for new board members and executive officers.

MONTHLY UPDATE: 11-14-14: Now that we've spent thousands in the process of becoming a non-profit...we are truly a non-profit. we're planning a few workshops that will help fund our mission. Brian Lippincott and Rachel Horodezky are going to have reflective team workshops utilizing our one-way mirror with real clients. The first workshop will be SATURDAY DECEMBER 6 from 10a-3p. We are asking for a $50 donation. A reflective team involves all in the workshop. Imagine being a client and getting the feedback from 10 clinicians instead of one...very powerful..
