A little bit about me, I have always loved being in the water, if there is a place to swim, soak, bathe, or float...that is where you will find me. Something about the buoyancy soothes me. It centers my soul, eases the physical tensions that I feel, and allows me to let go of anxiety and stress. I... have always thought of water as my happy place. My friend, EM, told me about floating a few years ago, body temperature, salt water, sensory deprivation tanks... I was very interested and started reading about it . Turns out there is a bunch of science backing up why I feel so good in the water. There is proof that it brings my body, mind and soul back to balance. How cool is that? Central Coast Floats has a great facility. Their tanks and sauna are amazing. Kelsey and Matt are the kind of people you want to do business with, they have a passion for what they are doing. I started floating a little over one year ago when Central Coast Floats opened. I am currently at about 40 Floats. I enjoy it so much I bought 52 floats in 52 weeks with EM.
