It’s not too late to donate to the 66th Annual City County All Star Football Game. For the past 17 years, proceeds from the game benefited the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County. You can help the Clubs today by supporting the City County All-Star ‘In Honor of Players’. Your gift will replace the revenue lost from the game and three other major fundraisers. The annual City vs County All-Star football game was cancelled this year due to covid-19. Today the players are being honored with a jersey celebration.

County Team - Tyler Wright-Celaya from Kerman High School Kerman High Football a 3X 1st Team All-League LB, 2X League Defensive MVP and 4X Team Defensive MVP. He holds the school records for most career tackles (406) and in a game (22). Playing in the City County All-Star Game runs in the family. His brother Ryan played in ‘15 and his step-father, Roger, also played in ‘98. Tyler plans to continue his footy all career at Reedley College Reedley College Football and pursue his degree in Agriculture Business. County Team - Blake Baldwin from Clovis East Timberwolves Football Clovis East High School is a 1st Team All-TRAC League LB, 1st Team All-Clovis LB, Team Ironman Award and Team Captain. As a two-sport athlete, Blake also competes in track in the 100m & 4x100m relay. When he’s not training, he likes spending his time fishing, hiking, snowboarding and volunteering for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Blake plans to walk-on to a D1 program to continue his education and football career. County Team - Daniel Cortez from Reedley High School Reedley High School Football is an NYL 1st team All-League RB, RHS Athlete of the Week, The Fresno Bee Player of the Week and the Team’s MVP. Daniel is a 2X academic honor student, involved in the school’s ASB and attends Reedley School of Music to fine tune his piano skills. He plans on attending Fresno State with a major in business and then, continuing on to Law School. Team County - Isaac Franco from Caruthers High School is a 3 yr varsity starter on both sides of the ball as a WR/TE and DE. He raised the bar for all future receivers by setting two school records - career and single season receiving yards. He’s a 2X 1st team All-League reviewer, a 2X 1st team All-League DL, Team Captain and 2019 Player of the Year. Team County - Godofredo Aguilar from Clovis East Timberwolves Football led his team in tackles this year which earned him Defensive Player of The Year for the Wolf Pack LB. He likes to go fishing and training/working out to become an even better version of a football player for the next level. Team County - Kyle Peterson from Kingsburg High School is a first team All League Offensive Lineman. He was also a valedictorian, an honor roll student and spends his summers volunteering with Gleaning for the Hungrry as well. This fall, Kyle will be attending Grand Canyon University and joining the rugby team and hopes to return to the field as a coach in the future and have an impact on the athletes.
