Couldn’t be more proud of these guys. Antoine and Christian were lifting in the same session. Antoine @frenchyrider went 4/6 and looked very explosive in his first ever meet. Christian @ces0487 went 6/6 and hit meet PRs in both lifts and also hit a total PR on his way to a 3rd place finish. Joey @P1neappl3808 went 4/6 and matched all of his meet PRs. He also took home the gold. ... With no meets in almost a year and finally being able to step on the platform their were a few unknowns. However, all three hit their goals and never looked more confident in moving the bar.

Tomorrow we will be having a few of our @crossfitmurrieta and @murrieta_barbell_club athletes competing at the @ecbweightlifting meet tomorrow in San Diego. @frenchyrider and @ces0487 will be hitting the platform at 10:05am. @p1n3appl3808 will be stepping on the platform at 2:35pm. As Christmas is winding down we wanted to share with everyone the results for the WOD for a Cause. As we all know 2020 has been a rough year for everyone. When planning W4AC we wanted to search for families that could use a little help this time of year. Not only did we have one of the most successful WOD for a Cause events ever this year. We were also able to provide groceries, gas cards, presents and other items to families that hopefully lifted their Christmas spirit this... year. We delivered these items to FOUR families this Tuesday and Wednesday. The joy and happiness on their faces were priceless. That was all because of the family we have at CrossFit Murrieta. We wanted to let all of you know that you have made four families Christmas better then it would have been. So thank you for being apart of this and know you help bring joy to families this year.
