CPA Exam candidates, did you know that 99% of Prometric testing centers in the US are operational, adhering to enhanced safety protocols, and appointments continue to be available? A reminder for licensees whose license is expiring in January or February of this year: you have been granted extra time to complete your CE. The Director of the California Department of Consumer Affairs extended the deadline until June 15, 2021. Please remember that you still must submit your renewal application and fees on time to prevent a lapse in licensure.

CBA staff has been making significant strides with Exam applications recently, pushing the star forward well over than a month in just the last 2 weeks. Red Star has gained almost a month over the same period. Keep up the great work, team!

We know there is still a long way to go, but the goal is to gradually work our way back to the 30-day turnaround time we maintained prior to COVID-19.
