Next Wednesday, 6/18 at 6:30 pm, I'm hosting a Game of Thrones inspired Yoga class at True Flow Yoga in Newport Beach/Costa Mesa. Because everyone will need some tension relief after the season finale...Valar Morghulis. Join me next week as we all mourn the lack of GoT for the next nine months in a yoga class that celebrates a Song of Ice and Fire. We'll explore yoga postures and travel through Westeros in a class that is both challenging for the body and gives us closure we need until A Feast of Crows.
