Scrappy feels like a NEW CAT!! Yay! This kitty was found by @hartcambria rescue. They were told to euthanize him because of how severe and contagious his skin condition was. @hartcambria wanted to give him a chance and brought him to us for a 2nd opinion. We diagnosed mites and started treatment. A month later he is looking great! Holy bladder stone! Baby Bear, a 5 pound chihuahua, came in last week for painful urination and we certainly found a good reason why! Her bladder stone was caused by a urinary tract infection and luckily she is feeling much better now that it has been surgically removed and the bladder infection treated! The 6 year old owner reported a history of trauma from her 4 year old little brother. We have a THIRD Dr. Erickson working at CVC! Dr. Fred Erickson is Dr Alex’s dad and is now helping us treat our beloved Cambria patients. Dr Fred has over 40 years of veterinary experience. He has built and sold 2 successful practices in his hometown of Los Banos and most recently a 3rd practice in Chowchilla.
