The backyard at Erlewine Cir was pretty much a jungle with a swamp instead of a pool, that is until we got our hands on it. Now it’s a backyard oasis built for entertaining!

This #wcw we are majorly crushing on the kitchen transformation at our Erlewine Cir project. This house was a disaster when we got our hands on it, so it took a lot of imagination and work to make this kitchen a reality and once you see the before you will understand why.

We have been MIA this past week, but we have a pretty good reason why. Dan Wiemer and I, Melissa Wiemer, welcomed the newest member of our family, Everett Daniel, into the world last Tuesday. Our whole family is completely smitten, though we could all use a little more sleep. Dan is back at work getting our Erlewine Cir project ready for market and I am enjoying some downtime with our little man...though I am excited to get back to work soon with our newest crew member in tow. #familyownedbusiness #babyboy

San Luis has officially hit the market! This project was a labor of love and we could not be more pleased with how we were able to transform this neglected house into a modern livable home that still speaks to it’s 1940’s roots...keep swiping to see what we are talking about. We still have a few finishing touches to complete our Arden Park bathroom remodel, but we couldn’t wait to share a #beforeandafter of what we have accomplished so far. This particular project had its challenges and we are so thankful for our clients who were amazing during the whole (at times stressful) process.

The past few days have been exceptionally long (we are talking 16+ hours long ) as we have been scrambling to finish up a few projects. With that being said, our San Luis remodel is officially wrapped and we could not be happier with how this home came together...just look at that dining room before and after!

The niche at our Arden Park bathroom remodel is coming along and we are more than just a little happy with how it is looking!

Our #mcm River Park remodel is starting to take shape and we are loving the concrete fireplace progress! One more trowel and good waxing, and this bad boy will be looking ! Just look at what a mess we were working with before and how far this fireplace has already come.

Melissa here...I want to wish each and every Dad a very happy #fathersday, especially my partner in life and business, Dan Wiemer. Thank you for encouraging our girls to always stay curious, work hard, and take risks. We are the 3 luckiest gals because we have you!
