With only a few hours before BCK begins the long journey home, we would like to share a few of the many Polaroids left with schools looking to BCK for future projects. From wonderful song and dance performances to children with heartbreaking disabilities, we were touched by the outpouring of love and generosity shown. Asante sana Kenya.

Our last day on the Vessel of Hope project....

BCK's Sunday started by joining our Kenyan friends for a very uplifting and emotional church service, followed by the peaceful grounds of Karen Blixson's home, treating Isaac Musembi to his first ever Indian meal, then a ride through Kenya's beautiful countryside to the Great Rift Valley and the world's smallest Catholic Church. We are now ready for our final days on the project before returning home.

As we continued our work today, this note written by the Vessel of Hope students on the concrete wall resonated deeply....

From working on a better flowing sewage system to sanding and painting the inside of Vessel of Hope, the BCK team loved every minute of another day in Kenya. ( with time thrown in to play with the kids).

As the 2014 BCK team gets ready to return to finish our school project in Soweto, we enjoy our last night on the Zambezi river, watching the sunset as elephants entertain us on the banks, and laugh like family as a bonfire warms our hearts.
