We hope that you were all able to enjoy Thanksgiving, given how crazy things are right now. Maybe you even had a croissant? We said earlier that we have been working on a Sticky Cinnamon Spiral with Pecans and it looks just about ready. It comes in a self-baking tray. You remove the tray from the freezer and place it directly into a pre-heated oven at 350. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, remove the tray, let cool for about a minute and flip onto a plate. We are still making a few adjustments and it won't be ready until 2021, but what do you think? We would really appreciate your feedback.

Freshly hand rolled croissants waiting for the freezer and packing. We are now officially in full Holiday production mode. Skip the rolls, how about a croissant for Thanksgiving? We want to take this opportunity to thank our home delivery retailers FreshDirect in the NYC Metro area and Farmstead in the San Francisco Bay area for bringing our pastries direct to your homes during these difficult times and hopefully putting a little smile on your face. Stay safe everyone. #FreshDirect #Farmsteadapp

We are gearing up for the Holidays, although we have no idea what to expect. So far our customers have been great and we really appreciate the support. We have been working on some new pastries for next year. Here is a picture of our frozen unbaked Sticky Croissant Cinnamon Spiral in its own baking tray. It's our flaky, buttery croissant dough rolled in a cinnamon mix sitting in a tray of sticky sweet brown sugar. I know, it does have a few calories, but what an amazing treat. You just remove it from the freezer wait 30 minutes until it's at room temperature and bake for 20 minutes. Flip the tray onto a plate and the warm melted sticky brown sugar just drenches it. I don't know why, but the samples keep disappearing. Actually do know why.
