Here’s a spicy little burnout for you all !! I love a good burnout at the end of a training session to feel like I really finish strong. That being said, you don’t have to do a burnout at the end of EVERY workout, but I enjoy it most days. You can also use this movement as a superset with a full body move of your choice (ex. Lunge with arm curl). The burpee, and each sit through equals one rep. Try to do 8-10 reps for 3-4 rounds. Got to TEAM up with @meagankong and her fit club @kongfitclub and bring them my signature "Recess" class! My love for sport and playing runs deep to my core. It's engrained in me. I know in my heart that even if you never have played a sport, it's fun to train like you do.
