Today we remember Gemma Sanita Sciabica, who passed Tuesday morning (9/29/2020) at the age of 96. A loss not only for the Sciabica Family but anyone who knew Gemma or enjoyed her recipes which were the foundation for all of the products we’ve created over the decades. She always had a warm meal or a selection of decadent baked goods for anyone who walked through her door (including Joseph Sciabica’s notorious last minute guests). In her memory, we baked one of her famous biscotti recipes, Lemon Poppy Seed. Gemma was kind, nurturing, and strong. She will forever live in our hearts and memories
