Late night post. I have been more busy than I have ever been ! Both on the mortgage side and as a Retirement Financial Advisor. As for mortgages. Rates are still better than ever. A lot going on in market and tighter rules but still things going through and people also losing loans for the time being during the shut down. People are losing money, can’t qualify, do qualify but don’t think they do, wait for refinancing when it’s become to late, think the skipped option is as th...e best first option(advertised as covid relief). So as of monday I will start posting more educational post and articles. I realize that I will need to keep more people Informed whats going on with the mortgage world so they don’t make a mistake. Right now first update that goes with this article is that this is making cash out refi and debt consolidation costing more putting people in high threes/ low 4s instead of high 2s low 3s on the avg I’ve been seeing.
