Here's a quick sneak peak from behind the scenes of our video shoot with Groundswell Community Project last night in Ocean Beach. It was incredibly powerful to see these amazing women at work, connecting with each other and mother ocean on the sand and in the waves! We can't wait to share their story with you and tell you all about the inspiring work that they're doing to help women overcome addiction, abuse, anxiety, depression, etc., through love and appreciation for the ocean!
