The Farmers Wife at Bliss Midtown and Rancho Cordova is gearing up for a wonderful Fall and Halloween with natural decorations. Shopping this am at Davis Farms Sloughhouse! A pumpkin for every taste and the best corn on the cob ever!!

Both warehouses will still be open in Rancho Cordova and Midtown Sacramento!

The Farmers Wife is currently up cycling several pieces for our next sale at Bliss Marketplace Rancho Cordova! Pieces can be purchased earlier if you will not be in town. Midcentury Modern solid Birch desk. Very well constructed and built by early Brueners of Sacramento so it is a local desk. Great deep drawers pull fine. Outer shell chalked painted with Nautical Stripe Bungalow 44 paint with several coats of Top Coat do waxing not needed. Beautiful birch drawers left ...natural with original handles. Back if piece is finished as well. $150 Also tiny 1940 s Pink Slipper side table magazine rack. Also coated with Top Coat $45. A lovely small simple Corner Cupboard is in the works as well.

Tomorrow Bliss Matketplace Rancho Cordova opens at 8 am til 4 for Teaser Saturday. Our theme is Back to School! Home Sweet Home School! Lots of desks and bookcases for home schooling needs. Despite the heat all our vendors have been super busy setting up beautiful booths with all kinds of vintage, upcycled, boho, collectible and unique garden items. Come by early to avoid the heat!

The Farmer’s Wife at Bliss Marketplace located in Midtown, has added wonderful new products to our booth! We welcome Two Country Divas with their all organic, soy based, hand-poured, original soft scented candles, such as Lemon Pound Cake and many others! Also from the Bay Area, we welcome Frosty Morning Farms original hand made soaps in an impressive number of scents, specializing in their own farm grown lavendar. Also included are their bath bombs and sachets. Beautifully packaged large bars of soap, all organically made and locally sourced.

Just finished this beautiful French Dresser (Bassett) with Fusion Chalk paint in Champness (French Blue) and Ironstone. Also set up new pieces in Bliss Midtown on historic R Street in Sacramento. Both Modern Farmhouse and Midcentury Modern Milly spaces have lots of new additions. Open this Thursday through Sunday!!!
