How ...many times have you been so fed up with the person in the mirror that you spent the equivalent of a on a spin bike (talking to you -)? Let’s hope only once because that’s a hell of an investment if it didn’t produce results. How many times have you had enough of feeling unhealthy and decided to start an extreme dieting program? Probably more times than you’re willing to admit. How many times have you gone to throw on your favorite pair of jeans and had to suck your in just to button them up? Or even worse just decided to buy a bigger size? Probably enough times that it made you do something stupid like start a cleanse or eliminate carbs from your life. How many MORE times are you going to be SO desperate for change that you reach for the new trendy quick fix that produces short term results with a large helping of unwanted side effects like: , , ’ . I get it. We all want results yesterday but by the time you’re reading this I’m sure you’re already in search of a quick fix solution. I’m going to let you in on a secret - doing it the fastest way possible isn’t going to get you where you want. - . If you take your time (don’t give up your favorite foods) and don’t set yourself up for an unrealistic lifestyle change you’re MUCH more likely to be successful. With that said... I’ll be eating this pint of ice cream after dinner tonight!
