This Sunday, as we’ve done in the past, we host Valentine’s Day with a less is more attitude. Walk-ins without reservations, our full food and cocktail menu instead of prix fixe, with open arms to couples, groups and loners alike. Our lair, patio, and Kult Kabana are always candlelit and dreamy, with romantic and sultry vibes for all. We’ve got a surprise in store for dinner though. We’re bringing back that Crypt Sessions Panna Cotta for some extra sweetness.

Our friends and neighbors at South Park Brewing Co. suffered a terrible kitchen fire in November, but offsite storage spared a few kegs. We’re proud to get their award winning beer back on tap in the neighborhood , and to support our dearly missed pals. To help us do that, your quest is simple: Drink all the beer. And when we bring on more, then drink all of that beer. Do you accept? Tongues Of Angels, a 100% Simcoe SD Style IPA, is a hop-lick of piney freshness with a dry, crisp, bitter finish. We’re serving 16 oz pints $7) and also filling 32/64 oz growlers ($12/$23).

Secret Menu Alert: Our Grilled Cheese can totally be upgraded to a sizzly Patty Melt featuring the breakfast sausage from The Forenoon (which is also back for brunch btw). For the most luxurious and decadent of gluttons, you can also add the on-menu quarter wheel of JULES Cashew Brie to form what we are calling the .... META MEGA ... MELT!

With rain in the forecast off and on tonight, we wanted to drop a PSA that our Kult Kabana will be closed tonight, though we will still have plenty of sheltered, and distanced outdoor seating available for walk-ins on our patios. Both areas have overhead heaters for warmth and airflow for safety, while also sheltering from rain. Takeout is always shredding too.

Alongside our brain melting... cocktails, we're blasting out Grilled Cheeses, piping hot Tomato Bisque, and of course, sizzling up the Dead Man Western Bacon Cheeseburger. What a world!

We are open after brunch on Super Bowl Sunday for the first time in 4 years. We normally throw our Kult Holiday after closing up mid-day but as fate would have it, such official Kult ritual gatherings will have to wait. This means we’re here to equip your Super Sunday with all kinds sportsball friendly grindage, for takeout and delivery. And if you want a quiet, mellow, or romantic screen-free Sunday evening, our lair is yours. We do brunch 10a - 2p, and then dinner 430p - 9p.

Our heated outdoor seating and Kult Kabana are resurrected starting tonight! We are beyond thrilled to be back at our safe and distanced outdoor dine-in mode. We are keeping the same hours, which means a brief closure in between brunch and dinner on the weekends now (hours in profile). Otherwise, it’s good old fashioned distanced dine-in KINDRED revelry once again, with some exciting new menu additions we’re carrying forward or bringing back from our (hopefully last) takeout-only days. Outdoor dining is walk-in only for now, and we limit groups to 4 or less. And of course we’re still totally doing takeout food and cocktails. Come join us!

Dearly Beloved Guests - We can’t thank you enough for giving us such a proper anniversary celebration. As fate would have it, we received a wonderful anniversary gift: the ability to re-open our safe and distanced outdoor dining environment. We have some work to do to get ready, so we are going to close Monday and Tuesday this week to get some things in order. On Wednesday we will re-open for walk-in outdoor dining. Our takeout operation will remain unchanged when we do reopen the outdoors.

This towering pile of free donuts is more than a deliberately ludicrous pile of donuts this year. It's a symbol of triumph! From our Kult to you, thank you so much for the constant support and rallying you have bestowed upon us. The challenges have been immense this year for independent restaurants like us, and we are forever grateful to be able to do what we love, all thanks to you and your patronage. In 2020 and 2021, it's often felt like we're only allowed or capable of t...urning the volume up to 3 or 4.
