Congrats to the lucky dogs that swooped up this crazy coffee! Some brewing tips: we prefer an immersion type brew (think French press) for all of our spirit-aged creations, simply because they brew VERY fast as a pour over. So if you are gonna do a v60 or the like, grind much finer then you usually would, and you should be right as rain.
