Ballet Repertory Theatre

It is with much sadness we announce tonight that the curtain will not rise on our 2020 production of Coppelia on April 4 and 5, due to the coronavirus pandemic. We have decided to postpone our two spring performances until further notice in compliance with the recommendations of state and local authorities, but also out of deep concern for the well-being of our patrons, dancers, staff, and volunteers. We hope to be able to return to the stage before the summer to bring our 2...019-20 season to a proper close. If you had already purchased tickets to one of our two Coppelia shows, we will share details soon as to the handling of those tickets. We appreciate your patience while we coordinate that aspect with our host organization, the Golden West College. During these trying times, we welcome your loyal support more than ever and will continue to share the work of our dancers on our social media platforms. We wish you all good health and the much needed composure to accept circumstances beyond everyone's control. Thank you BRT family and friends.

Meet the youngsters from our home studio, the Orange County Dance Center, who have been selected to dance in our 2020 production of Coppelia next month. Divided into two casts, they will appear in the third act of the comedic ballet, as part of the wedding scene, and will dance as "bridesmaids" with one of two company dancers, Lily Snider and Maddy DeCarvalho leading them.
