Sharon reached over 10K steps a day all last week and even hit 23K steps in just one day. What a Rockstar! She went hiking at the Skyline Trail in Whittier and walked her adorable dog, Belle.

It’s been one week since we began our 10K Steps-A-Day Challenge! Staying at home during COVID-19 may make it harder to get your steps in. Here are some creative ways to earn more steps while you stay home. Dance to your favorite songs... Do online workout classes Walk in place while watching your favorite show Walk up and down the stairs Walk your pets around the block What are you doing to stay active?

Starting tomorrow, Oct 1st, we are kickstarting our 10K steps a day challenge. We are inviting you to join us! All you need to do is walk (or jog!) at least 10,000 steps every day for the month of October, and you can track your steps with a fitness tracker or a smartphone. If you are interested or have any questions, please contact us. We’d also love to hear about your progress during the month, so feel free to comment with updates or tag us.
