In these unprecedented times, we would like you to know that Balboa Pediatrics is open. We are also available for consultation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. We offer COVID testing conveniently done outside in our parking lot by appointment. We have been fortunate to be able to offer our patients and their families different testing options with reliable and quick results.

A doctor and an employee in our office tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday, 9/29/2020. We are working closely with Public Health, have quarantined all those who had close or prolonged exposure to these individuals, and have been cleared to see all patients. However, in abundance of caution, we are limiting the number of patients in the office to those who need vaccines or an illness-related visit until our entire staff is free to return to work.

Outdoor flu shots have started!

Flu shots have arrived! We'll be setting up a tent in our parking lot in about a week to keep you (and our staff) safe and vaccinated. Appointments are a must, call us for more information!

Exploring Your Child's Growth: 9 months to 24 months Please join Dr. Helen Lederer, Pediatrician, and Gayle Brohner, Marriage and Family Therapist and Child Development Specialist, for a 5 part series devoted to the physical and emotional development of children ages 9 months to 2 years.
