Avila Beach Apartments & Vacation Rentals

The beaches are empty in Avila and out at Port San Luis. If you need to get out for your daily exercise and want to breathe in the clean ocean air, this might be the place. Please keep in mind all of the CDC guidelines when going out. Be safe and stay well!

You may have missed the first Farmers Market of the season last Friday but don’t miss this week! We are expecting nice weather so grab your friends and get to Avila. You can’t beat the food, the band, the atmosphere or, of course, the beautiful view!

We love our vacation rental guests- especially the young guests that leave us wonderful notes and treasures from the beach.

We think we are having cold weather but it could be so much worse. Our recent vacation renters, Ray and Margie, are returning to their home tomorrow and the high is expected to be minus 9 (yes that is 9 degrees below 0). Of course, they do live in Anchorage, Alaska but that is COLD! They come to Avila for the warm winter yet those of us that live here are freezing.

Avila Beach Fish and Farmers Market was packed tonight. The weather was good, the band was great and the food was wonderful! Farmers will run until September 29 so don't miss your opportunity to enjoy an evening here. See you soon!

We have a 2 bedroom unfurnished apartment available NOW! It is located in a duplex building in the back of the complex but has a nice view of the the hills behind Avila as well as a glimpse of the ocean. This unit has brand new carpeting and paint. The tide is extremely low. What a wonderful time to explore the tide pools with your grandchildren! There are no crowds at the beach today.

At this moment, it is an absolutely beautiful cold morning in Avila Beach. The sun is shining and it is the perfect time for a beach walk! The rain is returning so hurry to the beach early today.
