This week rates hit ANOTHER all time low. They just keep falling! This is crazy! Rates have been like this for months now. The cost of borrowing money to buy a home is so inexpensive during these unprecedented times! ... I am constantly asked the question "When is it a good time to buy?" or "When is it a good time to refinance my current home?" If someone gives you an answer without knowing your situation, chances are they are giving you inaccurate information! The truth is, everyone's situation is different and there is some key pieces of information one must gather in order to let you know when the right time to buy is based on your situation and needs. Here's an update on how the coronavirus crisis is impacting the mortgage industry.
