Hey everyone, I am reposting this from last year because we are now looking again for a new receptionist, please read below: RECEPTIONIST/LEGAL CLERK NEEDED FOR LAW OFFICE: The Law Office of Terri L. Isaac is looking to fill the position of receptionist/legal clerk.... Duties include answering the phone, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, opening new files, filing social security disability appeals online or via mail/fax, following up with the social security local and hearing offices for status on cases, completing intakes for new clients via phone or walk-in, etc. The position is full-time Monday-Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday from 8:30am to 12:00pm. All resumes are welcome and BILINGUAL is highly preferred as we have a large Spanish speaking client base. We need someone as soon as possible to start training and work. More to come with our office. An employee of the corporation has recently taken the bar exam and is waiting on results. We will hopefully add estate planning and all things dealt with in probate court soon. We are very excited for this addition!
