Armenians need your help! WHAT IS HAPPENING: President Aliyev, Azerbaijan’s president, has started a war with Armenia after launching aerial and ground attacks aimed at Artsakh (AKA Nagorno-Karabakh) on September 27th. Artsakh has been populated almost entirely by ethnic Armenians (99.7%) for centuries. The country of Turkey, which has ethnic ties with Azerbaijan and is responsible for a genocide committed against Armenians in 1915, has joined Azerbaijan’s efforts in the Art...sakh region by providing military aid and sending Syrian mercenaries. Young Armenian men have voluntarily joined the army to defend their homeland and fight for survival. With Turkey’s recently made statements about finishing what their ancestors started and anti-Armenian sentiment amongst Turks and Azeris around the world, Armenians fear this may be another attempt at genocide. .
